“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might.” Ephesians 6:10 (NASB)
This promise is for us at all times but is especially precious at those times that we find ourselves exhausted and at the very end of our effort to do what is right. Do you ever experience that? We do not live our lives by ourselves and we are reminded of that by these words. Our strength to follow and obey our Lord is accomplished in His strength. There are too many difficulties facing us which we would not have the ability to handle without help from God in heaven. We are so glad that our Lord knows all about this and that He is always available to help us. We are promised that the Lord has the strength we need to continue in faithfulness. His power is mighty and He is the creator and is in control of all things. Turn to Him today and be strong in the Lord.
