“As for God, his way is perfect: The Lord’s word is flawless; he shields all who take refuge in him.” Psalm 18:30 (NIV)
Our Bible tells us that the 18th Psalm is a song which David sang after the Lord had delivered him from those who sought to kill him. David was singing about the experience he had. Even when he was threatened and he had to flee for his life he knew that God was watching over him. As he looked back on those trying times he knew that God was in control. God was allowing these things to happen to strengthen David. And now David saw that God's way was perfect that He never made a mistake. God knows what's happening in our lives too. We believe He is in control and what He is doing is perfect – that is our promise. We do not have reason to complain but every reason to trust what He is doing.
