It really means that God is sharing His secrets with those who revere Him. To fear God is to show Him proper respect and to reverence Him in true worship. To such people God will open His heart and share his secrets. That’s how He confides in us. What kind of secrets? He makes His covenant known to us. He reminds us of His promises, the agreement He has given to care for us, and that we can be with Him forever.
