“He who overcomes will inherit all this, and I will be his God and he will be my son.” Revelation 21:7 (NIV)
John, the writer of Revelation, tells how God declared that He would make everything new. What a glorious promise for us to keep in mind when we face our problems while living on this earth. There is something so much greater waiting for us and God wants us to be reminded of that. Life on this earth is not easy. We face difficulties, disappointments and setbacks at times. But our God has promised to help us through those experiences and we can overcome by faith by placing our trust in Him. So let us not forget that we ARE overcomers, and the promise is for us today.
