In the following verse Jesus reminds His disciples that not long before He had fed 5,000 people with five loaves of bread. But the words of Jesus in our verse remind us that our Lord is aware of our discussions when we face problems. We so often think we are going to work out our own solutions through our own strategies and plans. He knows when we are thinking that way and talking that way. And He wants to remind us that He has the solutions. So let us not talk among ourselves when we have needs. Let us talk to the Lord about them. He does have the answers.
