We notice these days that people have begun to turn on Christmas lights. For many this may be nothing more than the customary way of preparing for the holidays. For those who know the Lord Jesus it can be a reminder of the real meaning of Christmas. Jesus came as a babe to Bethlehem to live on earth as the light of men. He is still the light of all of us to show us the way to eternal life. We should not be surprised when we realize that many miss the real meaning of Christmas. Those on earth when Jesus came did not understand, and those who live in darkness still do not understand. As you walk by faith, rejoice in the light He brought to you.
