This year is nearly over but before we replace our 2016 calendar with a new one for 2017, let’s think about what God has done for us during this past year. We can use the psalmist’s expression of thanks as our own. The passing of another year can be a joyful experience if we choose to concentrate on what God has done for us. There may have been disappointments, heartaches, and difficult challenges during the year but surely God has been faithful to us keeping His promises. So let us think back in gratefulness to our God for His loving care and praise Him for all he has done.
