Has your heart ever been broken? Have you ever been hurt by something that has happened to you? If so, I hope that you have turned to God for help to overcome your sorrow. If you have, I’m sure that He has helped you. This verse is talking about a healing process. It speaks of God as applying a bandage to the place that is hurting. When we use a bandage we don’t expect it to bring healing overnight. It takes time. The wonderful fact is that God gets involved when our hearts are hurt or broken. And He does know how to bring healing so let’s trust Him for it.
